CCRTA provides complementary ADA services through our B-Line Paratransit service.

Booking A Trip

B-Line Paratransit riders are recommended to book trips in advance (up to 3 days) and plan for a drop-off by 5:30pm to ensure that they’re dropped off before polls are closed (7:00pm).

Return trips can be booked up to three hours after polls close at 7:00pm.

Same-day trip requests are first-come, first, serve and are booked based on space available and are not guaranteed.

I’ve never taken a bus? How do I know which bus to take to the nearest voting poll?

A list of voting locations and nearby routes/stops is available above. You can download GoPass to help you trip plan or speak with our Customer Service team (361-883-2287, available Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM) for assistance.

How do I get a free ride to a voting poll if I am affected by disabilities?

All CCRTA transportation is accessible with ramps. If you are unable to get to a bus stop, please consider our B-Line Paratransit service.

Will I need voter identification or proof of registration to ride the bus for free?

CCRTA will not request proof of voter registration, identification, or destination to ride free on Monday, October 23rd or Tuesday, November 7th.

How do I schedule a bus for a family member who is affected by disabilities? 

Contact our B-Line Paratransit at 361-289-5881 to schedule a shared ride. Wait times may vary.

Will B-Line Paratransit pick me up from the polling location after I vote?

Once you’ve finished voting, you can call B-Line Paratransit at 361-289-5881 to schedule a pickup. During peak time, it may take up to two hours, so we greatly appreciate your patience.
