Certification Expansion / Adding NAICS Work Codes
How to Apply
DBEs applying for additional work codes in the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) must complete the following three steps:
1. Complete an Online Application
Complete and sumbit an online application using CCRTA’s portal. The portal is available at the link below.
Visit Online Portal2. Submit the Expansion Form
Upload a completed and signed expansion form to the online portal. The expansion form may be downloaded at the link below.

How to Apply
DBEs / ACDBEs interested in applying for interstate certification must submit their application online using CCRTA’s online portal.

For firms applying for an Interstate Certification, the firm must already be DBE certified in their jurisdiction of original certification (JOC). The JOC is the state in which the firm maintains its principal place of business at the time of application.
To obtain certification by an additional UCP, the DBE must submit the following:
1. Interstate Cover Letter
A cover letter that specifies that the DBE is applying for interstate certification, identifies all UCPs in which the DBE is certified (including the UCP that originally certified it).

An electronic image of the UCP directory of the original UCP that shows the DBE certification.
3. Declaration of Eligibility Form
A new, completed, and signed Declaration of Eligibility (DOE) form.
