Vangie Chapa
Ms. Chapa was appointed by the City of Corpus Christi City Council to the RTA Board of Directors in July 2008.
Ms. Chapa is currently employed with the Census Bureau as a Partnership Specialist covering eleven counties. She is a retired teacher of 28 years with the Corpus Christi Independent School District and also retired from the Regional Transportation Authority where she served as the Customer Programs and Communications Manager. She is an active member of the League of Women Voters.
